Nihon Nexus provides digital language-learning products and coaching ("Rapid Japanese Confidence Framework") and optional access to Speak Nihongo Now (your GPT/AI support). These one-time purchase materials are intended to help you practice speaking Japanese daily.
3. Accounts & Access
- Creating an account is optional, but required to access purchased products or track progress.
- You are responsible for account security, valid credentials, and activity under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payment & Delivery
- All digital products and coaching services are sold as one-time purchases ranging from $27 to $127.
- We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
- Upon purchase, access credentials are provided via email.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 30-Day Refund on the Rapid Japanese Confidence Framework if you meet full criteria (completion, daily exercises, recordings, documentation).
- No refunds for other digital products or coaching unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellation of subscriptions must be done via your account portal. No charge refunds apply only if cancellation is made before renewal.
6. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not:
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload harmful or illegal content
- Impersonate others, collect others’ data, or harass
- Attempt unauthorized access or tampering
7. Intellectual Property

We stand behind the quality of our training. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in our refund terms.
